職務概要
- Work closely with the Account team to receive and understand client briefs. - Design all 2D event materials, including key visuals, backdrops, standees, banners, POSM, social media materials, presentation layouts, etc. - Provide creative and feasible design solutions that align with client requirements and budget constraints. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for events and campaigns. - Ensure that all designs meet high standards in composition, color, typography, and branding consistency. - Train, guide, and assign tasks to junior designers, ensuring high-quality output. - Manage and oversee team workflow to ensure project efficiency and timely completion. - Maintain design performance and results, ensuring alignment with company quality standards. - Work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations, adapting to last-minute client changes. - Foster a teamwork spirit and a creative work culture within the company.
必要なスキルと経験
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in event industries. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia, or equivalent experience. - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (experience with After Effects/Premiere is a plus). - Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and layout techniques. - Good understanding of marketing strategy, logical thinking, and creativity. - Experience in team management and training is an advantage. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Ability to work under high-pressure deadlines while ensuring efficiency and project quality. - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in work.
