職務概要

- Brainstorm and create engaging, culturally relevant content for SNOW’s channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) across the full suite of SNOW products, with a strong focus on the Indonesian market. - Produce viral-style content (including video editing and basic graphic design) to increase app visibility, downloads, and user engagement among Indonesian users. - Collaborate with teams to develop creative briefs and produce high-quality images, videos, and in-app content for social media and promotional campaigns. - Stay highly sensitive to Indonesian culture, social trends, values, and current social issues. Ensure all content is culturally appropriate, respectful, and resonates deeply with local audiences. - Deeply understand and leverage K-Pop fandom culture in Indonesia - incorporate fandom behaviors, trends, idols, and community dynamics into content strategies where relevant. - Monitor and analyze youth culture and social media trends in Indonesia (especially viral content on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X). Identify opportunities, analyze performance through comments and reactions, provide actionable insights for content and effective campaign planning. - Actively support all marketing activities for SNOW apps in Indonesia, including campaign execution, performance tracking, and preparation of weekly/monthly reports. - Coordinate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing plans and assist with additional marketing-related tasks as needed.

必要なスキルと経験

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Marketing industry as Content Marketing, Social Media Content Marketing - Deep cultural awareness of Indonesia, especially sensitivity to Islamic values and norms. - Strong sensitivity and deep understanding of Indonesian market, culture, youth trends, and social issues. - Passionate about and knowledgeable in K-Pop fandom culture and its influence on Indonesian youth. - Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia. - Basic knowledge of computer and office software tools, skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and basic design (Canva, Photoshop). - Ability to analyze trends and data (engagement metrics, comments, virality factors). - Ability to communicate effectively in English, creative, quick to adapt to trends, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for mobile apps and interest in digital trends, particularly in content and youth culture.
