Run campaigns and creative tests every single day — hunting winning hooks and keeping every dollar of spend accountable. Campaign Operations - Set up, monitor, and optimize daily campaigns on your channels. - Manage budget pacing; flag anomalies early. Creative Testing - Brief creative ideas to the Art team from hooks and trends. - Run A/B hook tests; measure CTR and IPM; iterate continuously. Analysis & Reporting - Keep daily CPI / ROAS dashboards up to date. - Track cohorts; propose optimizations backed by data. Store & ASO Support - Support icon, screenshot, and store listing tests. - Watch conversion rates on the App Store and Google Play. Success Metrics - Performance: CPI, ROAS, - Testing: Test Velocity, IPM, CTR - Execution: Budget Pacing, Report Quality
必要なスキルと経験
- 1+ year in performance marketing - or a fresh grad with excellent analytical thinking. - Strong Excel / Google Sheets. - Eager to learn; happy living in the numbers every day.
