職務概要
Our Portfolio of Distribution Services OUR CORE SERVICES: Development Services (Outsource & Offshore), In-House Development (Apps, Games, Anime, Arts, Design, Big Data/Analytics, IoT, VR, AI) What you are going to do - Drive sales and business growth for SaaS solutions across Vietnam. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract signing, and account management. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and business owners. - Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention. - Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to improve sales strategies. - Contribute to sales processes, business planning, and future team development. Target Customers - F&B Businesses - Retail & SME Merchants - Hospitality & Entertainment Businesses - Healthcare & Wellness Service Providers
必要なスキルと経験
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales. - Proven experience selling SaaS products or technology solutions such as: + POS Systems + CRM Solutions + Loyalty Platforms + Payment Solutions + Business Management Software - Strong network and experience working with merchants, store owners, and retail/service businesses. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong business development mindset with the ability to work independently. - Native Vietnamese with good English communication skills.

Since the JD mentions prospecting is part of the role: is this mostly cold outbound, or is there any lead support (marketing-generated leads, referrals, cross-sell from existing GIANTY clients)? 2. Is commission tied to a single product line, or blended across the portfolio (POS/CRM/Loyalty/Payment/MEO..)? Asking because it affects how I frame the role, whether it's a single-product sales pitch or a portfolio/cross-sell role changes the kind of candidate background I'd target. 3. Understood that commission details will be shared directly in the interview, but is there a general range/structure I can mention (e.g. competitive, target-based commission)? Thanks in advance for your time.
The salary structure is 15-20M gross base + KPI-based commission. As for the details on lead generation and product portfolio commission, I'll check with the hiring manager and get back to you.
