職務概要

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly strategic Thai national for the Business Development position operating off-site from Bangkok. In this role, you will lead the strategic expansion of the EVEBOT brand by hunting high-value partnerships, initiating cross-industry collaborations, and securing large-scale corporate B2B channels. This position offers an exciting international matrix dynamic, where you will drive local execution while receiving core strategic, operational, and technical backing from our experienced team in Vietnam. - Strategic Growth & Market Penetration: Formulate and execute localized market penetration strategies to scale the sales, revenue, and brand positioning of EVEBOT across Thailand. - High-Value B2B Partnership Hunting: Identify, pitch, and secure high-impact commercial deals with corporate enterprises, premium lifestyle brands, major tech distributors, and prominent retail chains. - Cross-Border Integration: Work hand-in-hand with the core operational, marketing, and product development teams in Vietnam to leverage technical resources, customize asset localization, and synchronize product supply rollouts. - Key Account & Ecosystem Management: Nurture and retain key accounts and master distributors, ensuring long-term contractual compliance, customer loyalty, and sustainable volume growth. - Market Analysis & Regional Reporting: Monitor local competitive moves, legislative changes, and buying trends in Thailand; deliver actionable data-backed updates and revenue forecasts to the regional leadership team.

必要なスキルと経験

- Nationality & Location: Thai national currently residing in Bangkok. - Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Hospitality or Strategic Partnerships, preferably within consumer electronics, premium lifestyle tech, or smart automated systems. - Language Skills: Native fluency in Thai and excellent professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to facilitate smooth negotiation with regional management and internal collaboration. - Working Style: Exceptional autonomous workflow discipline, highly self-motivated, and comfortable driving growth in an off-site/remote environment. - Core Competencies: Outstanding commercial acumen, advanced negotiation tactics, and high-impact corporate presentation skills
