- Proven track record in B2B sales (2-4 years of experience in either POD businesses, or E-commerce, or Reseller platforms) with a passion for customer relations - Strong Experience with Global Ecommerce/Overseas Ecommerce (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify) is a must Hard Skills: - Fluency in English; in both verbal and written formats, with an ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences - Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI and experience with emerging AI tools & technologies - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively Soft Skills: - Self-driven & proactive: You take the initiative and are eager to exceed targets - Resilient & adaptable: You navigate challenges with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
