In my 2 year experience working as the HR Supervisor, I have chances to come through the full-cycle recruiting process of a company from mapping the business objective to the recruitment plan, working with different headhunting agencies- to the moment my candidate onboarding and engaging them to stay and develop within the company. With these experiences from the client side, it helps me fully understand exactly what would be the client's expectation and concern during the recruitment process, so as a recruiment consultant- an agency side, it could be better for myself to deliver the best service for any client.
