Performance Management – Trains and coaches others on all aspects of performance management including methods, tools, processes and systems Partners with global Human Resources and Talent Management leaders to implement talent management frameworks Participate in the development of enterprise talent management processes and tools Coaches managers and line human resources on talent management processes Participates on cross-organizational project teams to design, improve and implement effective talent management processes Manage talent acquisition projects & develop standard processes, including presentations Lead development of training programs for new hires, existing employees, early career managers, emerging leaders, etc. as well as technical training
