Role & Responsibilities Recruitment: • Work closely with the stakeholders in building their teams. • Manage the delivery of end to end recruitment for right person from sourcing to hiring. • Plan and develop a strategic approach, policies and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets without compromising the quality of hire. • Screening resumes through various channels like Head Hunting, Job portals (Naukri.com, IIMJobs.com, Timesjob.com, Monster.com, shine.com etc), Social media, Employee referral, campus hiring and selecting right candidates after evaluating their technical and interpersonal skills, their interest and attitude. • Assessment of candidates based on various skill based test, psychometric test, IQ/EQ test etc. • Worked on Positions from Top-level management Bottom level management Expertise in hiring both front liners or entry level and top level. • Arranging for advertising job vacancies, interviewing, testing of applicant and facilitating selection of staff. • Conducting induction of new employees and providing information on conditions of services, company policies and salaries etc. • Hands on experience in leadership hiring as well as bulk hiring, mass hiring, campus hiring for both IT & Non-IT roles. Generalist: • Handling Induction, Orientation & Initial Training of new employees. Even handled On-boarding in bulk. • Providing advice and information to management on work place relation policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters. • Taking care of the Payroll management & Employee grievances • Performing key role in helping the management in drafting new policies and annual HR budget. • Performing other HR Operational activities like Attendance, Confirmations, Leave management system, Off-Boarding etc. • Performing Employee Engagement activities like monthly meetings, arranging birthday parties, festive celebrations etc. • Taking care of entire in house management. Training & Performance Management System: • Assessing employees through on various performance parameter like Balance Score card, Skill matrix etc. • Helping them to improve their performance through timely training on basis of the needs. • Preparing annual training calendar and providing HR trainings.
