Based at ACVN in Lao Cai, this role captures all visual content — photography, videography, and edited photo/video assets — from school life, events, and the surrounding environment. This is the primary visual content role for ACVN's campus. - Photograph and film school life, events, facilities, students, and staff at ACVN, Lao Cai - Edit and deliver high-quality photo and video assets for use across ACVN's website, social media, admissions materials, and campaigns - Manage the ACVN visual asset library — organised, labelled, and up to date - Produce short-form video content for social media (reels, stories, highlights) - Produce longer-form video content including promotional films, testimonials, and event recaps - Collaborate closely with the Lao Cai-based SEO Content Writer and the HCMC design and digital teams - Work with the ACVN school leadership team on photography and filming schedules - Ensure all photography and filming of students complies with ACVN's safeguarding and media consent policies - Any work required within the relevant field Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Volume and quality of visual assets delivered per month - Turnaround time on photo and video editing - Asset library organisation and accessibility - Usage rate of assets in campaigns and on website - Compliance with student safeguarding and consent requirements — 100% required by the company
