Prior to joining RGF, she was with First Alliances and Navigos – the two leading HR specialists in Vietnam. Her track record of placements were Country Manager, MIS Manager, Technical Architect, Project Manager, IT Manager, Call Center Manager, Key Account Manager, etc… Prior to recruitment, Phong started her career as Business Development Manager and Consultant with FPT - one of the largest technology companies in Vietnam in 3 years. Phong hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management from Hung Vuong University, Vietnam.
