• Sourcing and screening potential Non IT candidates. • Interviewing prospective candidates and briefing them about the job description. • Negotiating salaries, extending offers. • Submitting relevant resumes. • Lining up candidates for interviews. • Facilitating the placement of candidates till they join. • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly goals. • Taking follow up from the candidate whether they are satisfied with company where they joined. • Taking telephonic round of interview of the candidate and check there capability • Shortlisting the resumes and sending to the client. .
