Six years of experience in FOB & CMP merchandising as a true Project Manager in apparel field gave me the opportunity to handle a French Brand – Petit Bateau – a very famous Kids Branch in the EU, satisfying all Buyer requirements from designing, sample following, sourcing, materials testing, quality control, on-time shipment scheduling... giving Buyer a very good image about me as well as my company. Working as a Recruitment Consultant at Navigos Search (the largest, the leading headhunting firm in Vietnam) for two years before being promoted to management level and leading seven Consultants for more than three and a half years, my focus sectors are industrial and manufacturing/HR full functions. I've worked with/recruited for a variety of senior positions ranging from Executive to Director level, which has helped me improve soft skills such as working with people, leadership, negotiating, communicating, and so on. I have recruited, trained, and developed a number of leaders from our team who are proud to be my members and colleagues, and who benefit from my excellent support and guidance in their career development.
