Client management, Delivery management, Project handling 4. End to End Recruitment- Employee Reference/Job Posting in Naukri.com/Monster.com 5. Job Posting in various free job portals like shine.com, indeed.com Quicker, careerbuilder.com, Linkedin etc. and through social networking sites. Organize College Campus for Fresher and also through Employment Exchange. 6. Team Management: Ensuring team member (recruiters) adheres to TAT for all mandates. Regular reviews with team about Targets vs. Achievements. Timely feedback on individual performance and giving training as per needs. Designing and implementing Action Plan to achieve targets.
