Conduct interviews - Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with open positions Interview Scheduling - organizing interviews and selection events Fully responsible for the outcomes of the recruitment process in the organization. Execution of the recruitment through social media channels, ruled by approved Marketing and HR Marketing principles As part of the recruitment process, hire new employees as required by hiring Managers Handle complete End to end recruitment cycle for clients.
