I started my recruitment career at Navigos Search as a recruitment researcher earlier this year. Prior to this current position, I gained my experience at a local production company specialized in entertainment products as a sale team leader. For almost a year, I have improved myself immensely both horizontally and vertically, acquiring knowledge in channel marketing, operational cooperation, talent development and project management based on performance. This invaluable experience supports me in this new role as a dynamic and versatile recruitment consultant. At Navigos Search, I assist a big team of professionals in representing high-profile clients in search for the best talents working in Industrial Manufacturing sectors. I am diligently preparing excellent job postings, conducting relevant market researches, scanning, qualifying and interviewing potential candidates. Furthermore, I keep other team members well-informed about client’s business, culture, talent needs and other insights. Graduated from Vietnam University of Commerce with a distinction in Business English, I am willing to learn and to try new things. Besides, I always want to bring joy and delight others.
