Prior to this current position, I gained my experience at a local production company specialized in entertainment products as a sale team leader. For almost a year, I have improved myself immensely both horizontally and vertically, acquiring knowledge in channel marketing, operational cooperation, talent development and project management based on performance. I am diligently preparing excellent job postings, conducting relevant market researches, scanning, qualifying and interviewing potential candidates. Furthermore, I keep other team members well-informed about client’s business, culture, talent needs and other insights. Graduated from Vietnam University of Commerce with a distinction in Business English, I am willing to learn and to try new things. Besides, I always want to bring joy and delight others.
