Work Exp: I share a vast experience as an Information Retrieval Officer with Just Dial Ltd for 4 years where I was specialized in searching for the right product and services suitable to the user's requirement, achieved expertise in assisting other officers to search the right product and services for the users. Later, worked as a Quality SPOC wherein I audited the calls for quality purpose. Worked on the special project as a Subject matter expert wherein I assisted Team Managers in handling floor operations, staff projections, managing and escalating the technical issues observed on the floor. solely managed operational activities and audits conducted on the floor with best efficiency. Joined QX global group as a Recruitment consultant & got re-designated to Trainer-Rpo uk in L&D department UK/US ( Healthcare/NON Healthcare ) Currently working as a Recruitment Specialist at Bespoke Medical Solutions and helping Consultant doctors (Radiology and Anaesthesia) to move to the UK and work within the NHS.
