Recruitment & Selection: Understanding the hiring requirements & supporting the business, Sourcing candidates using job portals, job posting, networking sites and references, Briefing the candidates about the job requirements. Screening, interviewing & validating the candidates as per requirements.Organising interviews and following up with candidates till joining. Payroll: Managing the salary of employees, coordinating with the banks and handling EPF, Tax deduction policies and much more. Induction: Taking care of joining formalities of new employees, updating & maintaining the employee database, personal files with the registration in web-based/in-house software & ensuring the creation of official mail ID. Employee Attendance & Leave Management: Maintaining, updating and accurate employee related information for quick reference for the purpose of salary, Preparation Monthly Attendance Sheet for each employee in excel sheet & also Maintaining Leave records. Employee Engagement: Organise Knowledge Sharing session for IT employees & coordinated events like Birthday Celebrations at work & festival celebrations with fun activities. Also, arrange Cultural Activities with organisation team members. These activities engage employees in curricular activities, Stress-free events to achieve good teamwork. Employee Grievances & Employee Relations: By implementing HR policies and also involved in making strategies & managing change; Handle employee’s queries and grievances on daily basis and ensuring the accurate and earliest solution. Performance Appraisal: Ensuring the performance appraisal is done by counselling with Project Leaders & Managers. Employee Off Boarding: Exit interview, defining notice period, issuing of relieving & experience letter along with full & final statement & close the personal file of an associate.
