I am passionate about learning new things and making an impact on the organization. My passion also lie in people development and coaching. As a listener with a business mindset, customer-oriented approach and a point of contact in every single HR issues, I love to contribute my voice to employee engagement, business agility and performance. Outside of work, I spend time on enjoying building authentic relationships, reading books, music, singing, travelling and enhancing my learning & challenges to grow.
