Hey everyone, Why I am interested in HR ? I am very passionate about my work, hard and Smart worker. 1) Being into HR allows me to interact with all the business verticals such as finance, marketing, IT etc.. and HR is basically People management. 2) HR are the heart of the company where recruitment is the part of HR. I have the passion for recruitment because we hire the right talent for the organisation and most importantly the feel which you get when you are able to give the job to people who deserve it is an amazing feel. 3) As a profession HR gives you more liberty in bringing the changes in the organisation whether it's Recruitment, policy making, appraisal, employees engagement all gives you the satisfaction...
