In 2006, I began career with small IT Company as junior programmer after one by one opportunity of roles came to my way like System Administrator, Lecturer, and Game Programmer...Many More till 2009. In Mid of 2009 I had started my career with Assistant Professor in Laxmi Vidhyapeeth till Mid of 2017, The journey of Laxmi Vidhyapeeth I had acquired many Positions like Lecture, Head of Department, University Coordinator, Affiliation and Academic Counselor to Guide Student and Parents for Choosing Career. In between 2013 to 2017 Started Freelancer work getting outsourcing of projects, finally started working with IT Firm as Team Leader / Technical Leader / Project Manager with Good Administrative work and HR work Like recruitment process, defining Company Policies and Rules and Structures. I had Experience in various areas like Administration work, Recruitment Process, Team Leadership, Counseling, Requirement Analyst, Business development, Teaching and Guiding, Training and Developments in Companies, Delivering guest Lectures on Programming Languages and Motivational and Mind Power seminars also have other social activities.
