Experience in handling end to end Recruitment process, On-boarding & Induction, HR Administration and employee retention etc. Handling entire Employee Life cycle Process from joining to exit formalities. Currently taking care of all statutory requirements including ESI, PF, ESIC filing and Customer Service related issues.
