Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, Google search, advertising, cold calling and referrals, following up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. ? Scheduling interviews, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. ? Having the experience of recruiting manpower like Architect, Project Manager, Team Lead, Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, Programmer, Software Developer, DBA, Web Designer/Developer etc. and other non-technical positions for IT companies. ? Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within the internal database. ? Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates. ? Receiving and reviewing applications and managing interviews. ? Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question. ?
