Job also includes short listings of Resumes from the current database so as to speed up the forwarding process. ? Getting confirmation from the candidate and lining up the candidates that have been short listed by the client. ? Keeping constant touch with the client's HR department. ? Keeping constant touch with the client and the candidate before joining and after selection as well. ? Preparing daily head hunting report, forwarding report, line up status and confirmation report. ? Preparing weekly reports of resourcing activities.
