Having graduated from a Hotel Management School, my connection with hotels goes back 14 years. Spent one and a half years working with Marriott International in Sales & Marketing, soon after graduation. Then went on to completing a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources. Through LinkedIn, I am connected with more than 7000 hoteliers all around the World. This network is only increasing daily. My expertise lie in Head Hunting, Mapping, Sourcing candidates, Fitment, Referencing, Senior Level positions, Business Development, Managing Candidate Relations, Managing Client Relations, assisting hotels with their manpower requirements and career/compensation counselling.
