Clients Handled: IBM, TCS, Wipro, CTS ? Follow-up with candidates till the candidates joins the organizations. ? Solving the issues which arise during the recruitment process. ? Arrange face to face & telephonic interviews ? Timely follow-up and feedback for further improvement in service delivery. ? Preparing and maintaining the tracker sheet for entire recruitment process. ? Reporting to the HR Manager and submitting daily report and updates daily events.
