Key responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business objectives • Identify, prospect and acquire new clients whilst maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts • Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure high performance and professional development • Manage key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for major clients • Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable business deals • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform sales strategy • Monitor sales performance metrics, forecast pipeline and report on progress against targets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations and technical departments to support sales initiatives • Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads
