Product Management Business Development Technical Sales
- Serve as the primary liaison between Vietnet and assigned international technology vendors — own all reporting, QBRs, and communication on behalf of Vietnam - Lead product development initiatives for assigned vendor lines: roadmap input, localization, and go-to-market planning with the sales team - Support and drive sales activities for assigned vendor portfolios, including pipeline management and deal support - Onboard and manage new enterprise customers coming onto assigned vendor solutions - Conduct presentations and product training for internal teams, partners, and customers - Track vendor performance metrics and produce regular reports for senior management and vendors - Coordinate with the Pre & Post Sales Engineer team on technical solutioning and customer deployment
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or vendor/partner management in the IT distribution, cybersecurity, or networking industry - Background in networking or cybersecurity technology — able to hold a technical conversation with vendors and customers without relying on an engineer in the room - Strong business English — written and spoken; all vendor communications and presentations are conducted in English with international counterparts - Demonstrated experience owning vendor or partner relationships (reporting, QBRs, escalation handling) - Commercial orientation — comfortable with pipeline tracking, sales support, and revenue accountability
