Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit and Business Mindset - Whether I'm employed or I own a business, end of the day, I approach and act with complete ownership. Customer Oriented - When it comes to Recruitment Business, I make sure the company as well as the candidate are happy, by giving them the best, because I treat both as my customers. P&L - I'm not so very good in Mathematics, though I have embraced Loss a couple of times, I have always fallen in love with Profits. Employment - Working for someone's dream has never been my cup of tea so as an independent recruitment consultant now I realized that I made a good choice to taste this tea. Experience - 17+ years of versatile and diversified hiring experience covering most of the Industries, technologies and niche skills. Employer/Employee Satisfaction - I was the boss and I was also an employee of my business, unless I get satisfied at both ends I don't compromise. Family Handling - It was never been my Team but always my family. Compete - I compete only with myself, what I was yesterday and what I'm today. Insecurity - I don't see other person's strength as a threat rather I consider it as a hand hold opportunity to compensate my weakness and strengthen the business, so I'm never insecure. Perseverance - I have failed multiple times miserably but my failures couldn't hold me back in my journey towards success, so eventually I know I will kiss success sooner or later. Talkative & Flexible - I'm a chatter box, would have been a successful presenter or anchor if not into recruitment. To be successful in today's fast paced world, flexibility is the key and I believe mom's are the epitome of flexibility and I'm a proud Mompreneur. Ease of handling - I don't complicate things, to me - if it happens its for good, if not then its the best. But that doesn't stop me. Planning & Trying - I'm not good in planning, I just form the crux and go with the wind. I just think of the bridge only when I cross, so I don't fear to fail and don't get tired of trying. I always felt that everyone must inherit the habit of giving back to society and recruitment helps me by being some help to someone, though I make money out of it. Recruitment helped me in building an intuition in identifying the best qualities in people and sharpened my decision making and management skills. The joy of seeing well placed candidates and building trust in my clients is very satisfying. Right fit is the key to good hires. Its quiet obvious that balancing speed and quality of hire is the biggest challenge here.
