Sources used: Company’s Annual Report, SEC Filings (10K, Proxy Filings, DEF14A, Quarterly Filings 10Q), Hoovers, OneSouce, Businessweek, Reuters, Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, Nexis, CapitalIQ, Company website, Presentations, Analyst Reports, Press Releases, News Articles, LinkedIn, Spoke, zoominfo etc. ? Leading and executing research projects with varying degrees of complexity across KMC e.g. working with consultants on their BD pitches, researching on H&S business opportunities etc. ? Assessing market position of companies through secondary research for consultants and senior associates. ?Generating data to build statistical lists, analytical reports etc. ? Identification of appropriate talent through extensive primary and secondary research as per the vacancy and consultant’s request. We identify the executives at all levels (C-level to Managers including CXO, EVP, SVP, VP, Directors etc.)depending on target candidates. ? Work closely with the consultants in developing the Search strategy, target list of companies, job specification, identifying the candidate and attraction of the best professional talent. ? Responsible for Sourcing, screening, Selection and generation of candidates for all openings ?
