I am an experienced leader in the HR domain with international exposure. I have worked as HR Business Partner as well as led Talent Acquisition teams. I also hold two post-graduate qualifications in HR and have worked with high-growth startups, large corporates, and not-for-profits. Effective and impactful business partnering is a skill I have honed, given my vast experience in HR and TA. I enjoy mentoring, coaching, and building long-term relationships with all areas of the organisation based on trust, integrity, and service delivery. Above all, the most fulfilling part of my job is being a culture champion of the organisation I represent. On a personal front, I take pride in following my heart and taking the road less traveled. After eight years of adventure in New Zealand, I volunteered with UNDP in Lesotho (look it up on the atlas) before returning to India. For more than six years, I enjoyed being a part of HackerEarth's growth and success, an organisation extremely close to my heart. I took immense pride in leading a team at HackerEarth that hired more than 400 full-time and 300+ interns during this time. In my current role at Lumos Labs, I head the recruitment vertical helping Web3 companies hire the best talent globally.
