•11+ Years of experience in In-House/Corporate recruitment (End to End), IT recruitment, Resource Management, Leadership/Strategic hiring (Sales, Presales, Marketing & Consulting) Engineering domain, across the Globe (India, UK, US, Canada). • Involved in HR activities like Employee Engagement, Business Operations, Benefits, Compensation and Employee Retention. • Recommending and implementing TA solutions based on stakeholder requirement. • Has excellent client interaction skills and process orientation • Is able to professionally manage details and deliver to expectations and ability to influence change. • Interaction with Delivery team, technical Panel, Managers, People Managers to understand current and future technical manpower requirements. • Deep sourcing skills and experience in sourcing active and passive candidates. • Interact with Vertical and Horizontal Global heads to understand their needs to fulfil the resource needs in timely manner. • Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Headhunting, offers, Onboarding.
