Phuong is a graduate of Bachelor of Economic at Ho Chi Minh University Economic. Phuong brings with her more than six years working experience in Human Resources Management. Prior joining Fresh Studio, she worked at DiCentral, Quantic and First Alliances Company from junior to senior. Through such employments, she has possessed the solid knowledge of the labor law and HR related regulations. These enable her to handle daily HR operations smoothly. Finding the right people for the right job as well as how to develop them, how to keep them is challenging and exciting experiences; she enjoys every moment in HR career and learns from it. Before pursuing HR career, she worked for FV Hospital in Customer Service Associate about three years. This pushed her to act toward the best customer-oriented results.
