RECRUITMENT: ¸ Preparing job descriptions based on requirements received from Clients. ¸ Doing posting on portal and other sources ¸ Preparing manpower request form and getting approval from HR head ¸ Handling Recruitment for all positions. ¸ Assisted in Company hiring process by coordinating job posting, screening resumes and interviewing candidates. ¸ Conducted new employee orientations and ensuring all necessary forms, agreements and documents are completed. ¸ Advised management on staffing policies and procedures. ¸ Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, conducting selection interviews and induction programs. ¸ Coordinate manpower recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. ¸ Prepare employees offer letters of selected candidates, managing employee joining formalities and updating the same on Employee Management tool. ¸ Conducting induction programs for the new recruits related to processes, systems and policies of the organization. ¸ Relationship management with Recruitment agencies and other external parties. Worked on referral programs and job ads to be placed on job portals and newspapers. ¸ Managed the campus recruitment drive. Interacting with the Project managers on regular basis for the understanding of upcoming requirements.
