I had a Master degree (MSc) in University of Leeds, UK and hold a Bachelor in Marketing Management. Previously, I worked in many Marketing agencies and client-side companies in Vietnam and UK for 8 years and had great opportunities to experience a wide range of clients, from government-related organisations to financial firms or international business. Aside from my current time with IHG, my knowledge in Retail generates from varied positions I've experienced whilst working for several top retailers in the UK.
