Experienced in human resource activities like end to end recruitment, internal hiring, policy development, relationship management and resolving issues of employees. And also worked as HR Executive with responsibility in the area of recruitment, HR establishment and employee relation. Have initiated several initiatives to contain the HR cost with is the highest cost factor for any academic writing organization. With my intervention with the employability training area we could not only achieve the reduced cost for manpower on overall basis but also brought the recruitment cycle time to minus 15 days and meet up with the pressure of meeting up number for the ramp up situation with no extra cost.
