Handled various clients around the globe and helped my clients to find the right candidate as per their requirments. I am Engaging with HR and business leadership in developing key strategic recruitment plans to approach and leading initiatives in sourcing assesment and handle end to end recruitment activities. My expertise is about placing qualified and right candidate into IT, Energy sector, Sales and marketing, Healthcare areas and have a win-win situation for both candidate and clients.
