Self driven and motivated HR fresher pursuing her Masters in International Business from IMS Ghaziabad, Akanksha had sucessfully completed her internships at Podium Systems (Larsen & Turbo) and 360 Realtors LLP, gaining an array of knowledge in different types of HR functions in different organisations. Akanksha have proven her ability to adapt and learn quickly with the changing requirements of Industry by regularly upskilling herself through various courses and workshops. Akanksha had also conducted a couple of training sessions with her colleagues of HR in Design thinking. She is member of STUGMA at AIMA and cordinator at Corporate Relation Cell (Placement Cell) at IMS Ghaziabad. Her recent project is the 'Analysis of Hiring trends in IT Companies' as her intrest lies in IT recruitment, alongside she had completed a live project with Landmark Group, UAE. Akanksha is working as Associate HR Consultant in CIEL HR, Bangalore specialises in IT Recruitment working with various tech clients.
