- General Responsibilities (all markets): • Use existing industry resources and networks to help SNTO develop key customers and strategic partners in the local aluminum foil packaging market. • Establish high-level communication channels with food manufacturers, packaging material producers, printing companies, and key end-users. • Support and guide business negotiations for major clients, provide negotiation strategies, and drive cooperation. • Assist in formulating local sales strategies, pricing strategies, and market entry plans. • Guide the sales team to improve market development and conversion rates. • Provide real-time market information, competitor dynamics, customer demand, and policy updates. • Facilitate customer visits, factory tours, sample testing, contract signing, order execution, and payment collection. - Market-Specific Responsibilities: • Indonesia: Market insight reports, develop ≥8 key accounts, explore downstream investment opportunities. • UAE: Market intelligence, customer verification, risk alerts, high-level connection support. • South Korea: Develop food & cosmetic end-users, promote food foil & facial mask foil samples and orders, technical support for packaging. • Brazil/Mexico/Saudi: Customer development, negotiation, market data collection, project promotion.
