A fashion designer turned Human Resource professional 15 years back and haven’t looked back since then. With the current rapidly evolving business context I'm passionate about building creative and disruptive yet viable solutions for the HR challenges that organization face today. My personal goal is to support each person I touch on his/ her journey to become a better professional and more importantly, a more complete person.
