"Every individual has a potential and we just need to motivate them to use it in the proper direction and become successful”. I try to understand the potential a person has,motivate them to use it in a proper direction, help then climb their career ladder and become successful. I use KSA mantra, which says “a person may have the knowledge for job, he or she may have the skills for a particular job but he or she needs to have the ability/attitude to do that particular job”.This KSA mantra helps me identify and source the right candidate for a given role. My education and experience in the science market have been very valuable to start my work at Techno Science Talent Search Prior to recruiting I have around 3.8 years of experience in science market. The experience and learning from my previous job helps me understand the technicality of the role and to source the correct profile.
