I try to understand the potential a person has,motivate them to use it in a proper direction, help then climb their career ladder and become successful. I use KSA mantra, which says “a person may have the knowledge for job, he or she may have the skills for a particular job but he or she needs to have the ability/attitude to do that particular job”.This KSA mantra helps me identify and source the right candidate for a given role. My education and experience in the science market have been very valuable to start my work at Techno Science Talent Search Prior to recruiting I have around 3.8 years of experience in science market.
