職務概要
Conference Interpretation: • Conduct Vietnamese - Chinese interpretation during company meetings, ensuring that information is conveyed clearly and accurately to help all parties understand the content of discussions. Meeting Minutes Recording: • Full document the main points of meetings, including key discussions, decisions made, and follow-up plans to be carried out. Document Translation: • Accurately translate important documents between Vietnamese and Chinese, such as work information, daily materials, contracts, and other related documents. Support for Meetings with Clients and Partners: • Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients and partners, accompanying the management to ensure comprehensive and accurate communication of information. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with team members to ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Other Administrative Tasks: • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
必要なスキルと経験
• University degree or higher, with preference given to candidates majoring in Chinese Language Studies or related fields. • Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) • Strong interpretation and translation skills. • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office. • Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
