Given my 2 Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration, beginning my job in Human Resources at first seemed out of place. But I was quick to see the chance it gave me to learn about a company's most valuable resource - its employees. I focus on cross-functional and IT in the technology sector for international headhunting companies (Adecco, GLG and currently Monroe Consulting group). I have knowledge of the entire hiring process, including hiring, client management, career development, and testing facilities.
