Given my 2 Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration, beginning my job in Human Resources at first seemed out of place. But I was quick to see the chance it gave me to learn about a company's most valuable resource - its employees. I have the honor of combining many points of view to develop ideas that increase the production of people and also organizations. I focus on cross-functional and IT in the technology sector for international headhunting companies (Adecco, GLG and currently Monroe Consulting group). I have knowledge of the entire hiring process, including hiring, client management, career development, and testing facilities. I am successful in finding and hiring top people thanks to my capacity for forming trusting relationships, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for candidate care, and years of sourcing experience.
