I was started my journey of earning from December,2007 that time i was 18 year old. My father is well known Diamond Merchant of surat. In 2007 my father tier with diamond business & windup his diamond setup. I think positive & take decision of doing part time job with my collage for paying my collage fees & learn to earn. I was joined HDFC LIFE & started recruitment of agents that was a hard work. Most of people not want to do work as a insurance agent but i give my full efforts to making agents & i got success. I was produce more then 500 insurance agents in 2 years,8months tenure that was a PAN INDIA record of HDFC LIFE. In 2010 when i was completed my graduation that time Area Manager - HDFC LIFE offer me good position as Channel Development Manager in company. I was excited that time & joined HDFC LIFE as pay role employee in July-2010. I was got first promotion in just 6 months & second promotion in 1 year & again got third promotion in 1 year. In April,2013 HDFC LIFE take decision to merge Channel Development Department with Agency Sales & give me promotion as Sales Manager in Agency Channel. In January,2014 Artoon Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - CEO was called me & said about HR Position. I was taken decision of industry change with salary decrement for giving more time to family. Now, I am happy with my job & enjoying family life.
