- 17 years of HR, especially in technical recruitment, HRBP, payroll, admin - Good working experience in MNC - Experience in managing relationships; managing small staffing projects, participating in larger staffing projects, and process improvement. - Contributes to country-wide initiatives that impact one business or function. - Participates in significant projects that have a country- or region-wide impact - Strong experience in working with hiring managers, interviewing candidates, payroll - Quickly adapt to new hiring processes & HR software.
