Starting my career journey in 2013 with a huge passion for F&B / Hospitality, I spent nearly 4 years working as a Barista and running my own coffee store. This valuable time equipped me with all foundation skills, experience, and work principles that have still benefited me until now; thanks to all of the excellent & dedicated mentors, trainers that I had the chance to work with. My very first exposure to HR was in Feb 2017 as in Talent Acquisition for a Sweeden tech startup, soon I've explored & challenged myself in various aspects of the field: Resource Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, as well as other areas in Project Management and Business Analysis. Currently, I'm the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Business Partner at Katalon - a global team with the common desire to help software development easier by providing all-in-one automation testing solutions. As the member 99th of Katalon in May 2021, I've grown together from the ground up with the team to the current scale of +250 members in the US, Vietnam, and globally. Intrapreneurship, Integrity, Resilience, Responsibility - are the core 4 values that I'm pursuing and sharpening at the moment. What drives me in work has just been discovered recently in 2021 which is shifting the focus from myself (who am I ? what am I doing? why am I existing?) outside toward others (what could I do for them? what could I help? what could I contribute?).
