After graduation from University, I have worked for Vietnamworks.com (belong to Navigos Group) – the leading website about Recruiting online in Vietnam for almost 05 years as customer services and consultant roles. I worked as Consultant for Client to reach to the suitable candidates and understood the Labor Market through the solution to advertise their recruitment needs on Vietnamworks.com. In 2013, I have transferred to HR role as Recruitment consultant to in charge as an intermediary between organizations wishing to recruit staff (clients) and professionals (candidates) are seeking a career/ dream job; In May 2014, I joined HR2B as Account Manager in HR2B Hanoi office and in charge recruitment in manufacturing segment.
